👁️ Visual Bugs and Enhancements

• Fixed UI issue on the copy asset feature in programs.
• Made the markdown component design consistent across the report submission and comment section in reports.
• Applied correct behavior on the focus state of the sidebar items.
• Fixed focus state on the Program Overview page.
• Applied correct on-hover behavior on buttons.
