Hey everyone,

For this release, we focused on improving our internal processes as well as some of the workflow for the organization users to give better experience for our users.

Organization User Registration with Non-Business Emails

Currently, the registration for organization users only allow the use of valid business emails. This is to ensure that users who get onboarded in our platform are legitimate members of a particular organization.

However, there are scenarios where some businesses do not have their own domain yet for them to have a valid business email. To accommodate customers with such situation, we have implemented an internal feature that allows Secuna Admins to send invitation links to users with non-business emails and allow them to register in to our platform. Such invitations will only be sent once an official request has been made by a customer to Secuna.

This allows us to ensure that we keep potential fraudulent users in check by having a controlled workflow in inviting users with non-business emails while allowing actual customers to get onboarded in the platform.

Please note however that even though we can accommodate this through our platform, we would still prefer and suggest that customers who get onboarded in our platform should avail a business email for their security as well.

🛠️ Functional Bugs and Enhancements

• We removed the uniqueness validation in the organization alias when submitting a scoping questionnaire through the external link.
• We added a Quick Copy feature on assets identifiers to allow users to quickly copy links/identifiers on their clipboard.
• We changed the default date being set in the Secuna Hunt and Response program setup to the next date.

👁️ Visual Bugs and Enhancements

• We removed the policy page for Secuna Pentest programs both in the Organization User and Hunter view as this page is not relevant anymore in this program type.
• We updated the hunter page for Secuna Pentest program to make it aligned with the hunter page design for Secuna Response and Secuna Hunt programs.
• We added the missing scrollbar in the edit cloud asset modal.
• We fixed the visual bug on the current tab indicator in the general user program page.
• We added appropriate alert message when users redirect to login page when trying to access a protected program.
