Release Date: November 18, 2025

Hey everyone,

This release brings a meaningful set of improvements across the platform — from giving organization users a seamless way to instantly renew paused programs, to expanding what collaborators can do within BBP programs. We also shipped several targeted fixes that address real pain points reported in production. Here's everything that's new in v3.13.1.

✨ New Features

🔄 Instant Program Resubscription for BBP and VDP Programs

Previously, when an organization user cancelled a subscription while the program was still in a Paused state, there was no straightforward way to renew it — users were left without a clear path to reactivate their program. With this release, we've introduced an instant resubscription flow for all supported program types: Standard Secuna Hunt (BBP), Enterprise Secuna Hunt (BBP), Standard Secuna Response (VDP), and Enterprise Secuna Response (VDP). A new Renew Subscription button is now available on the program's Billing page, which opens a confirmation modal and redirects the user to the Stripe subscription page to complete the renewal. Once renewed, the program is immediately reactivated — its status changes from Paused to Active — and the original renewal date is preserved as if the subscription had never been cancelled.

🔔 Program Resumption Webhook

To support integrations and automation workflows, we've added a webhook event that fires when a program subscription is resumed. This allows teams and integrators to react to resumption events in real time, keeping external systems in sync with the program's latest status on the Secuna Platform.

🤝 Collaborators Can Now Process Bounty Rewards

Previously, collaborators on BBP programs had limited access to bounty-related actions, requiring triagers or admins to step in for reward processing tasks. Collaborators can now perform the same bounty actions as triagers — including setting a bounty reward (changing a report's bounty status to PENDING PAYMENT), marking a report as INELIGIBLE, reverting ineligibility back to VERIFYING ELIGIBILITY, paying the bounty (moving the status to PROCESSING RELEASE), and viewing receipts. These actions are available on both the Report page and the Bounty Status page, giving collaborators a more complete role in the bounty workflow.

📁 Assets Page Now Accessible to Collaborators

Collaborators on BBP and VDP programs were previously unable to view the Assets page of a program, limiting their visibility into the program's scope. The Assets page is now fully accessible to collaborators, allowing them to review program assets without needing to escalate to an admin or program owner.

📅 Date Rewarded Column Added to Bounty Payouts Page

Organization users managing BBP programs no longer had a quick way to see exactly when a bounty was rewarded — the Bounty Payouts page lacked a timestamp for when the bounty amount was set on a report. We've added a new Date Rewarded column to the Bounty Payouts page that displays the date the bounty amount was set, making payout tracking and auditing much easier.

🛠️ Mark as Paid Action for Hunters Without a Payout Method

The Admin Platform's Payouts page previously only offered a Release Payout action, which left the Secuna team without a way to manually mark a bounty as paid for hunters who have not yet registered a payout method. We've added a Mark as Paid button to the actions tab on the Payouts page. When clicked, a confirmation modal appears, and upon confirmation, the bounty is marked as paid and the hunter receives a notification — keeping payout records accurate regardless of whether the hunter has set up a payout method.
