Hey everyone,

We have discovered some issues from our v1.4.1 release and fixed them accordingly in this update. You can check the details of these issues below.

🛠️ Functional Bugs and Enhancements

• We have fixed the sorting of the report submissions for the security researchers to always show the most recently updated reports in the list of their report submissions by default to allow them to quickly scan reports that need their action when updated.
• We renamed the Sort By filtering options from Most Recent and Oldest to Recent Submission and Oldest Submission respectively to avoid the confusion cause on which most recent or oldest is it referring to (recently submitted or recently updated).
• We fixed the issue in the add program members where users that are not part of the organization are being allowed to be added in a program.
• We fixed the error message being displayed when an invalid email address is entered in the organization member invitation.
• We fixed the error encountered by users when they try to send out invites without completing their input by pressing enter in the organization member invitation.
• We fixed the issue where the program activity of the previously visited program is being displayed to the current program that you are viewing.

We hope these enhancements and bug fixes make the platform more user-friendly, helpful, and stable.
