Hey everyone,

It’s been a while since our last release and our team has been busy working on this important update that will improve the onboarding experience for users of our platform. We have also added notifications related to the management of an organization.

🗺️ Improved User Onboarding Experience

The old user onboarding of the Secuna platform was not intuitive enough for our organization users so they often get confused on what is the next step that they need to do to fully onboard themselves and their teammates in the platform.

With this, we decided to revamp our user onboarding to give a slightly better experience and guide users in accomplishing the important things that they need to complete to get started with using our platform.

🔔 Organization Management Notifications In our previous version, we did not send notifications for organization-level activities. We believe that keeping users informed about these activities is just as important as other notifications, such as program or report-related activities.

The new notifications cover the following events:

• Users accepting or rejecting an invitation to join the organization.
• Users requesting to join an organization.
• Members having their roles changed.
• Users leaving an organization.
• Other membership management-related events.
