Over the past few days, we received multiple reports regarding issues that users encounter during their account creation after receiving an invitation to join us in using our new Secuna Platform. In this release, we have fixed these known issues as well as other bugs that were discovered by our team. We are also launching some other UX and security enhancements all throughout our platform.

📸 Improved Image Viewing in Reports

The old viewing of image in our reports had some design flaws that have been pointed out by our users. Here are some of the major flaws that we noted:

• The close button was not in a fixed position so its positioning varies depending on the resolution of the uploaded image. Sometimes it even goes outside the screen, leaving users no option to close the image.
• The use of the white background was kind off blinding and may hurt the eyes of users if they look at the screen for a prolonged period of time.

For our newly improved version, users can now:

• Close the image any time regardless of the image resolution since the close button is now in a fixed position at the top-right corner of the screen.
• We also provided an option to close the image when user clicks on the background instead of the close button.
• We changed the background color to a darker one to make it easier for the eyes of the users.

📧 Account Invitation and Creation Improvements

There have been multiple instances where users encountered different errors in creating their accounts but was not given a proper and helpful error message on what went wrong. In our current design, users are shown this error page:
